REGISTER A WATERCRAFT/OUTBOARD MOTOR

Boats and motors are titled through The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SC DNR). To register a new watercraft and/or outboard motor, please fill out The Watercraft/Outboard Motor Application and return to SC DNR. 

WATERCRAFT/OUTBOARD MOTOR CHANGE REQUEST

When boats or motors are sold or disposed of, notification must me made in writing to SC DNR within 30 days. To request a boat and/or motor change, please fill out The Request for Boat and/or Motor Change Status Form and return to SC DNR.
