Effective July 2, 2024 Kershaw County Council has imposed a six (6) month moratorium for real property within the Airport Overlay District. This moratorium has an end date of January 9, 2025, with an potential extension up to April 9, 2025. No application for zoning map amendments or development approvals shall be accepted or processed by Planning and Zoning staff for any parcel of real property in the unincorporated areas of Kershaw County that is located wholly or partially within the proposed Airport Overlay District land use zones A, B and C.
